ARMSID is a drop-in replacement of the SID chip. Just insert it into the SID socket instead of the original SID chip and you're done!
Accurate sound, significantly lower noise level and less interference from the power supply than the original SID.
Automatic recognition of 6581/8580 mode. You can change it, though, by using a simple configuration utility that enables you to change the SID type, tune the audio filters or test your ARMSID.
Lower power consumption than the original. Easy firmware update from the C64/C128 app.

PS: We tested ARMSID and other SID replacements and this one gives very accurate audio results.
