Two of the most popular SID solutions for the C64 are finally back in stock: ARMSID and ARM2SID! ARMSID is a straight drop-in replacement for the original SID chip – just plug it in and enjoy accurate sound with less noise and automatic 6581/8580 detection. ARM2SID takes things even further, offering Double-SID, Triple-SID, and OPL FM synthesis (SFX Sound Expander emulation) – all without needing an extra double-SID board. Both chips are fully configurable and firmware-upgradeable directly from your C64.

Zwei der beliebtesten SID-Lösungen für deinen C64 sind endlich wieder erhältlich: ARMSID und ARM2SID! Der ARMSID ist ein Drop-in-Ersatz für den Original-SID-Chip – einfach einstecken, fertig – mit originalgetreuem Sound, weniger Rauschen und automatischer 6581/8580-Erkennung. Der ARM2SID geht noch einen Schritt weiter und ist wohl die vielseitigste SID-Lösung am Markt: Er unterstützt Double- und Triple-SID-Betrieb sowie OPL-FM-Synthese (wie beim SFX Sound Expander) – ganz ohne zusätzliches Double-SID-Board. Beide Chips lassen sich bequem direkt vom C64 aus konfigurieren und per Firmware-Update aktuell halten.
