ZZap! 64 Micro Action #8 featuring Cursed Tomb, Stoker & more

Issue 8 of ZZap! 64 Micro Action has been released, containing a number of Protovision related exclusives.
The magazine shines the spotlight on Protovision’s upcoming title Cursed Tomb, an action puzzle game by Zbigniew Ross.
The Patreon exclusive cover disk contains a playable demo of "Stoker", an artistic looking platformer by Rhys Clatworthy that is set to receive a Protovision cartridge release upon its completion.
Also check out the interview with Søren Trautner Madsen, where he discusses the status of Limbo (demake of the PC/Xbox game) and "Awesome Slam Siblings" (a tribute to a well-known Beat 'em Up game series). Once completed, these titles could be published by Protovision in the future.

Nr. 8 der englischsprachigen ZZap! 64 Micro Action ist erschienen und enthält eine Reihe von exklusiven Beiträgen über Protovision.
Einen besonderen Blick wirft das Magazin auf den kommenden Protovision-Titel Cursed Tomb, ein Action-Puzzle-Spiel von Zbigniew Ross.
Die für Patreons exklusive Heftdisk enthält eine spielbare Demo von „Stoker“, einem künstlerisch anmutenden Jump ’n’ Run von Rhys Clatworthy, das nach seiner Fertigstellung als Modul von Protovision veröffentlicht werden soll.
Schau dir auch das Interview mit Søren Trautner Madsen an, in dem er über die gegenwärtigen Entwicklungsstände von Limbo (Demake des PC-/Xbox-Spiels) und „Awesome Slam Siblings“ (eine Hommage an eine bekannte Beat-'em-Up-Spielereihe) spricht. Sind diese Titel einmal fertiggestellt, könnten sie möglicherweise bei Protovision erscheinen.
ZZap! 64 Micro Action kann via Patreon abonniert werden. Zusätzlich zur PDF-Version wird das Magazin auch in gedruckter Form angeboten.

The game Limbo now also comes to the C64. The C64 remake is done by one of the developers of the original Limbo version. He estimates that about one fourth of the content of the original can be ported, considering the limited memory of the C64 even with a cartridge.

Limbo auf dem C64

Das Spiel Limbo findet nun auch seinen Weg auf den C64. Der Macher des C64-Remakes war auch an der Original-Version beteiligt und schätzt, dass auf Grund des beschränkten Speichers des C64 auch mit Modul ungefähr ein Viertel des Inhalts des Originals umgesetzt werden kann.
