GP Cars

GP Cars is a single player racing game inspired by classic racing games from the golden era. Compete against computer-controlled cars (up to three CPU opponents try to race better than you) and finish the race like a pro. GP Cars plays very differently from other racers. One of its most distinctive features is that every level puts the player into a different automobile and opponent situation (one or more opponents of diverse driving styles) and so the levels feel varied. Each is one nut to crack, one step on your journey to ultimate glory.

Navigate your way through five environments. Only a few tracks are available at the start, and more are unlocked with each victory.

The player does not deal with shopping or tuning. What counts is your masterful handling of burning rubber - and you'd better steer carefully. The game is not easy, but do not despair if you fail to succeed on your first try: Your progress is saved and you can repeat each race as many times as you like - until you finally make it to the top.

Each racing car has individual characteristics (top speed, turning speed, skid value, etc.) and some of these are also dependent on the race environment (countryside, snow) or the track surface (wet road, bridge) - so, you'll need to get acquainted with the new parameters for success. Sure, nitro can help you in tough battles, but it is so very limited! And remember: you're not indestructible. Your racing car can take a few hits and bumps, but all that damage piles up and eventually, your car might break down.
