Just before we temporarily closed our Shop to orders of physical items a few days ago, we reached a significant milestone of receiving our 10,000th order since we opened the online shop way back in 2003!

Der anhaltende Lockdown aufgrund von COVID-19 und einige andere Herausforderungen haben zu dieser drastischen Entscheidung geführt. Aber wir werden gestärkt zurückkommen und startklar sein, wenn wir die physischen Bestellungen zum 1. Juni 2021 wieder öffnen! In der Zwischenzeit werden Bestellungen für digitale Editionen unseres Spieleangebots weiterhin möglich sein. |

The sustained lockdown stemming from COVID-19 and a couple of other challenges lead to this drastic decision. But we will be back refreshed and ready to go when we re-open physical orders by 1 June 2021! In the meantime, orders for digital editions of our game library will continue to be available. |

Wir freuen uns, zu verkünden, dass der 
Mit Bedauern geben wir bekannt, dass wir ab dem 15. Februar 2021 die Möglichkeit zur Bestellung von physischen Artikeln (Modul-/Disk-Spiele, Hardware, Kabel, etc.) über den Protovision-Online-Shop vorübergehend einstellen werden. Bis dahin bereits getätigte Bestellungen sind davon nicht betroffen – wir arbeiten hart daran, alle Bestellungen baldestmöglich auszuliefern.
While Deutsche Post has opened up international deliveries to USA and Australia – this is only available via ocean freight with deliveries taking up to 45 days! As we have considerable back orders from customers from both countries, we will be sending out another batch load of orders to our local distributors in both the USA and Australia, using an Express Delivery Service to ensure that orders arrive quickly and securely.
While we were hoping to ship out orders from our UK customers as a priority before the end of 2020, we have received unfortunate news that Deutsche Post has temporarily halted services to the UK and Ireland, preventing us from being able to ship to these locations in the meantime. We will continue to monitor this situation and resume deliveries as soon as the suspension is lifted.
